How it works (Step-by-Step)
Place your order: Add the service to your cart. During checkout, you pay for the cleaning and the return shipping back to your address.
Ship the item to us: Pack your garment or sleeping bag and send it at your own expense using any courier of your choice.

Label the package: To speed up the process, please write “PRANIE” (Washing) and your order number on the outside of the parcel.
Include documents: Please include a printed and completed [order form (link)] inside the box.
Receive your gear: Once cleaned and professionally dried, we will ship your fresh gear back to the address provided.

If your product is damaged (e.g., tears, zipper failure), please let us know in the order form.
Please note: Repair services are available exclusively for Małachowski brand products.
For products from other brands, we only provide the professional cleaning service.
